Who I Am

I'm a Senior Frontend Engineer from Romania, focused on building reliable, accessible and performant web applications. I enjoy turning complex UI problems into clear, maintainable systems and helping teams ship confidently.

I’ve worked on large enterprise platforms — from collaboration software at Cisco Webex Control Hub to secure banking products — where consistency, performance and accessibility are baseline expectations, not nice-to-haves.

Day to day I work with Angular (8→17+, standalone + Nx), Lit, and TypeScript. I care about strong typing, clean reactive patterns with RxJS & NgRx, solid automated tests (Jest, Cypress, Playwright), and reliable CI/CD using Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise.

I collaborate closely with designers in Figma, contribute to shared component libraries, and keep build tooling fast and stable (webpack, caching, pipelines). I also run accessibility checks using VoiceOver, JAWS and Dragon NaturallySpeaking to make sure interfaces work well for everyone.

Career Highlights

• UI Modernization — led a team of 5 engineers migrating core AngularJS flows to Angular, introduced a push-based change detection architecture, and improved UI responsiveness by ~25–30% across high-traffic areas.
• Accessibility at scale — led a 6-engineer initiative to improve accessibility across the shared component system, working closely with dedicated accessibility and audit teams to meet ADA/Section 508 requirements. Delivered correct ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, and contrast updates, validated changes using VoiceOver, JAWS and Dragon NaturallySpeaking, and trained 500+ engineers on practical accessibility workflows and testing.
• Banking platforms — front-end point of contact for secure flows like account lifecycle and payments, ensuring reliability, auditability and smooth customer experience while mentoring engineers.
